Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Senior / Supervisor to join their team in Florida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial operations, and maintaining excellent vendor and client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Setting up vendors and handling all related communications in both English and Spanish, as bilingual skills are highly preferred.
  • Providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Creating invoices and ensuring their timely distribution to clients.
  • Resolving any discrepancies that arise within accounts and financial records.
  • Managing high volume customer accounts and ensuring efficient collection efforts.
  • Preparing detailed reports for the CFO and COO, including monthly reporting and aging.
  • Processing credit card payments and managing bank deposits and journal entries.
  • Adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial practices.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills are preferred to effectively manage diverse communications.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel is essential for handling financial data and reports.

Required Work Hours

The position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday.
